Everyone is courteous and greets you as you come in. They pay attention to detail and do a very good job. I had Mamata, who gave me a manicure and pedicure, she is impeccable with her work. She didn't rush and she double checked to make sure my nails looked nice. Everyone in there is very sweet and accommodating.

Got my eyebrows threaded here. I typically go to someone in West Haven but today I was too lazy to drive all the way there so I went to Pinky on a friend's recommendation. I had to wait for a bit because they were busy, which is ok. The lady threaded my brows and MAN! It does hurt but it doesn't make my face blow up like a pink balloon the way waxing does. So there's that. I left with symmetrical brows, which is always a plus and the lady gave me a brow massage which was new to me but felt nice. It was $10 plus tip.

I decided to try this place instead of my normal nail salon and am so happy I did! Such a relaxing atmosphere, the massages during the pedicure were amazing, and my pedicure looks fabulous. Not to mention prices are good!

I went in today for a basic mani/pedi after hearing good things from a friend who owns a hair salon a building over from Pinky's. A basic mani/pedi came to $34 and included massage, scrub, and hot towels. My manicurist was very sweet and did a great job. The owner offered a complimentary massage while I was at the drying table and if I hadn't just had surgery on my neck I would have gladly accepted. It was so enjoyable I made another appointment for next week!

I've been coming to Pinky for a few years and really love it. The staff is always so friendly and nice! They don't skimp on your services even if it's busy or close to closing time. Prices are fair for the services offered. They offer many different spa services that you can't get at other nail salons. Facilities are always clean and you never have that "nail salon" smell! Walk-ins are welcome but I try to make an appointment for days where it will be busier. They care about their clients. I used to come with my mom and they are always asking how she is and how her medical issues have been. They currently have a few Yelp deals going on too. I checked in yesterday and got 10% off my services! They do accept card or cash for payment but bring cash to tip! Love them!

I've been going to Pinky since they opened and it's hands down the best nail salon in Branford. The staff is so nice and personable. Everyone takes their time and doesn't make you feel rushed. Pedicures and manicures are fab. Don't forget a 10 minute chair massage they are great !!

I am always in search for a good, clean, professional Nail salon. Not only was everyone there professional but the customer service could not be any better. I had the best pedicure there and it was not rushed, and the massage was fantastic. They have the newest and latest nail polish colors and didn't get annoyed when I changed my color a few times, they even put them on my nails so I could make a better decision. This is will definitely be my new place.

Had *such* a great experience at Pinky Nail & Spa today! Got a spa pedicure and French gel manicure and felt completely pampered. The space was clean, the staff friendly and kind, and Minu did an amazing and thorough job fixing the (too thick) gel manicure I'd got elsewhere. I'll definitely be back!

How to survive a pregnancy!!!
I have been a long time customer of Pinky Nail now!! I first arrived at the salon in search of the massage therapist to relieve the aches and pain of pregnancy!! I highly recommend the massage therapist and all spa services offered. I have has everything from facial to pedicures and would recommend all!! The staffs always very welcoming and extremely professional. There is ample parking across the street as well as in the back of the salon. They pride themselves on cleanliness, customer service, and detail. The prices are very reasonable.

$8 eyebrow wax? I am IN to it. I used to come here all the time back in the day when I lived nearby, and I still make the trek there, because the price is well worth it.Lost a star because I have had a few that weren't done that well, but mostly I'm always satisfied with how they come out. Quick and cheap, I love it.

Fantastic salon and spa!!! I went to this place. I really liked it. I used to go to other places. Now, Pinky will be my place, because i got the best pedicure in my life. I really like the lady who had done the job for me. She was friendly and pleasant. I will see her again!

Best Place for Spa I went here when they first opened up about 1 month ago, they treated me very special. I have been to several different spas but Pinky Spa has the best service and very reasonable prices. Their prices are amazingly low. I did the Pinky spa special pedicure, which has to be the most amazing pedicure i have ever got. It is definitely worth the price. They always have this calm music in the background. Very relaxing. Everyone should go here! Its right on the center of town, next to Common grounds.

LOVED IT. i've been searching for someone who knows how to do a good eyebrow waxing in branford and i found it here. they even do threading and unlike most salons where its 25 dollars, they only charge 10, the prices are very reasonable and they have a great list of services, when the woman noticed how red my eyebrows got she massaged them. the staff is very friendly, they have wonderful customer service and are based out of NYC where they've had a salon for ten years. the place is spacious, clean, and relaxing, definitely going to go back again and again.

AMAZING! have had several services here now (mani/pedi, threading, massage and facial) all are done expertly and better than places charging twice as much. Spa is clean and new. Staff cant do enough for you. Ditch your current place Branfordites and support Pinky!

This is absurd!! I have been a long time customer of Pinky Nails. It is a wonderful nail salon and also offers spa services. It is immaculately clean, and has fantastic nail and massage therapists. There is absolutely someone who has this location confused with somewhere else. I have always been treated politely and professionally by all staff members. I also feel that they all go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs so that they leave happy and return.
